What's new?
the most important events in FLCprojects
New project in Medina
We have started working on the project of a multi-family building in Medina – one of the most important cities in the Islamic world, which is the second holiest city in Islam and the place where the Mosque of the Prophet is located. We have learned the specifics of design and are able to consciously combine our design experience with local requirements. The next important stage will be the accreditation of the project by the National Developer, which will confirm the right approach to local conditions and market expectations. This is another project that strengthens the presence of FLCprojekts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Two FLC projects in international competitions
This year, we are submitting two of our projects from Polish to international architectural and industry competitions. The projects take part, among m.in, in the MIPIM Awards, ArchDaily Building of the Year 2027, Iconic Awards 2027, best architects 28, Eurobuild Awards and CEE Property Forum Awards. This is the next step in presenting FLC projects on the international market and confronting our workshop with projects from all over the world.
We develop team competencies
Our team undergoes further training and Revit courses, developing competencies in the field of design in the BIM environment. At the same time, we use AI tools that support us in analyzing design solutions and looking for more effective ways of working. We also use technologies in the area of sustainable design, looking for solutions that allow us to better respond to the needs of the investor, users and the environment. We develop tools to design more consciously, effectively and responsibly.
Art in space
On the wall of the building where our office is located, there is a mural by Mikołaj Rejs, a well-known Polish muralist. The work was commissioned by us and its theme is social education and the problem of Krakow’s smog. On the wall, there are two heroes fighting air pollution. We believe that art in public space can not only change the character of a place, but also draw attention to important social problems and build awareness among residents. This is another example of our approach, in which art becomes an integral element of space, not just an addition to it.
FLCprojects – more and more
We are developing in several directions at the same time: we are implementing new projects in Poland and Saudi Arabia, developing the team’s technological competences, reaching for international competitions and increasingly combining architecture with art and responsibility for space.
Today, FLCprojects are not only about designing buildings. It is about consciously creating a space where architecture, technology, art and the needs of the investor meet in one process.
Architecture that starts like a movie
We are developing a new way of presenting our projects – an architectural presentation in the form of a film. Instead of static visualizations, we create a narrative: intro, dynamic visualizations of the project, smooth transitions and a cinematic ending. A project is no longer just an image. It becomes a story that can be seen, felt and remembered. This is another step for us in the development of the way architecture is communicated – especially in presentations to investors and when selling projects. We believe that the future of architectural presentations will increasingly combine architecture, film, emotions and storytelling. At FLCprojekts, we are learning to use this potential today. We are entering the world of film.
