We have completed the construction of a new medical services clinic
We are pleased to announce that we have completed work on the construction of a modern medical services clinic. The facility is already fully prepared for acceptance and handover for further equipment and commissioning.

New contracts and team development – an intense start to the year
The beginning of the year is traditionally the moment when investors finalize decisions regarding new development projects. As a result, we sign more contracts and start working on fresh projects.
In order to maintain the highest quality of service and meet the growing number of orders, we have expanded our team of architects. Thanks to this, we can more efficiently carry out new tasks and develop the portfolio of FLC projects at an even faster pace.
A new stage in Riyadh – we are preparing the opening of our branch
Back to the project Obtaining accreditation in Saudi Arabia is not only an important milestone for us and an opportunity to cooperate with a new group of customers. It is also an impulse to make a strategic decision: we prepare opening of the FLCprojekts branch in Riyadh.
This is a huge step in the development of our company and the beginning of a great adventure in one of the most promising investment markets in the world. We will soon share more information regarding the launch of the office.
